Located in Cold Spring, this girder bridge crosses the Sauk River.
Built in 1920 to replace an older truss bridge, this structure consists of three deck girder spans on concrete substructures.
After the railroad disused the bridge, it was converted to trail use. The conversion appears to have occurred in 2012.
Overall, the bridge remains in fair condition. Substructure deterioration is becoming increasingly apparent.

The author ranked the bridge as being locally significant, due to the common design.
